基于多Agent的金融生态评价模型

为了高效地评价金融生态环境,建立金融生态评价模型是核心部分。文中基于多Agent技术构建在区域和时间上自适应的金融生态环境评价指标体系,建立智能化的金融生态环境评价模型,使得金融生态环境评价研究具有科学性、智能性、发展性,为培植良好的金融生态环境奠定了基础。     

基于Net技术的评估网新闻管理系统的设计与实现

采用Visual Studio 2008和SQL Server 2000开发的高职校评估网站新闻管理系统,实现了对评估新闻的动态管理,充实了评估网站的功能,较好的满足了高职院校推进评估工作的迫切需要。文中对系统的功能模块、体系结构以及设计与实现的关键技术等进行了介绍。     

The impact of alkali elements on the degradation of CIGS solar cells

Unencapsulated CIGS solar cells with high and low contents of sodium (Na) and potassium (K) were simultaneously exposed to damp heat and illumination. The solar cells with a high alkali (Na, K) content exhibited higher initial conversion efficiencies, but degraded severely within 100 h, while the alkali poor samples kept relatively stable performance under damp heat and illumination. The degradation of the samples with a high alkali content resulted in the formation of sodium rich spots on the top ZnO:Al surface of the samples. This is likely caused by light‐induced Na⁺ migration via the grain boundaries in the absorber to the depletion region, where the Na⁺ accumulated. This allowed subsequent Na⁺ transport through the depletion region due to the lowering of the internal electric field caused both by the Na⁺ accumulation and illumination. The migration resulted in the formation of shunt paths, which reduced the shunt resistance and open circuit voltage. Furthermore, ingression of water into the ZnO:Al is expected to be responsible for a slow but steady increase in series resistance for both high and low alkali solar cells. Additionally, sodium migration led to a severe increase of the series resistance in case of alkali rich samples. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

FTU技术在张掖市农网建设中的应用分析

在时张掖市农村电网改造和农电负荷变化情况调查的基础上,基于柔性输电理论,为提高农网供电质量和供电可靠性,分析了在张掖市农网中适时采用FTU技术的必要性及可行性。采用FTU技术建立配电设备与馈线主站之间的通信,获取配电系统运行控制及管理所需数据,执行主站给出的对配电设备的控制调节指令,实现提高供电质量和供电可靠性,降低电能损耗,提高设备利用率,减少维护费用,节省总投资的效果。实现正常情况下的优化配网运行和故障时的自动判别和自动隔离故障区以及恢复非故障区供电。为今后张掖市农网的进一步改造提出决策依据。

Temperature accelerated life test on commercial concentrator III–V triple‐junction solar cells and reliability analysis as a function of the operating temperature

A temperature accelerated life test on commercial concentrator lattice‐matched GaInP/GaInAs/Ge triple‐junction solar cells has been carried out. The acceleration of the aging has been accomplished by subjecting the solar cells at temperatures markedly higher than the nominal working temperature inside a concentrator, and the nominal photo‐current condition (820 X) has been emulated by injecting current in darkness. Three tests at different temperatures have been carried out. The failure distributions across the three test temperatures have been fitted to an Arrhenius–Weibull model. An Arrhenius activation energy of 1.59 eV was determined from the fit. The reliability functions and parameters of these solar cells at two nominal working conditions (80 and 100 °C) have been obtained. In both cases, the instantaneous failure rate function monotonically increases, that is, the failures are of the wear‐out kind. We have also observed that the reliability data are very sensitive to the nominal temperature condition. In fact, at a nominal working condition of 820 X and 80 °C, assuming that the concentration module works 5 h per day, the warranty time obtained for a failure population of 5% has been 113 years. However, for a nominal working condition of 820 X and 100 °C, the warranty time obtained for a failure population of 5% has been 7 years. Therefore, in order to offer a long‐term warranty, the working temperature could be a key factor in the design of the concentration photovoltaic systems. 计算机病毒发展态势预测算法的评估

对计算机病毒发展态势预测,能够提前对网络安全状况进行判断,有利于做好事前防范,并建立预警机制。目前对计算机病毒发展态势的预测还处于探索阶段,传统算法在此方面的预测效果也尚不明确。这里比较了多种预测算法,如移动平均、态势预测、季节变动预测及线性回归等方法在实际计算机病毒发展分析上的预测准确率。通过对不同时间跨度,不同类型计算机病毒数据进行深入分析发现,线性回归和季节变动算法能够较好地适应具有时间周期性的计算机病毒日志数据。

粘结材料对CTBGA封装组件热循环可靠性的影响
